The "living area" of the condo, was not very livable. We have 5 people in our family and only room for 3 to sit in the living room. Not a very relaxing area at all.

Swimming pool was terrific, rooms were nice and comfortable. If you could not afford to stay directly on the beach this is the place to stay. Convenient to shopping, grocery, activity just not really a short walk to the beach especially carrying beach chairs, towels, cooler etc...

My room had some "issues" with regards to the fixtures. Bathroom towel rack was broken and placed on the ground. Trash in the waste baskets from a prior guest.

I like the condo, was great , the staff was all friendly. we came in 21/2 hours before checking the room was ready we were giving acces to the room then, the pool is supper wonderful.my kids enjoy the batting cage rooms were comfortable lots of space. full funtional kitchen. i would stay again and again at the cabana cay.

the beds were all uncomfortable envent he pull out bed, that about the only thing bad i can say. we had a very great time, it took 5 min or less to check in and that for me was a plus.

Nothing, this was the worse family vacation hotel ever. The room was nasty and it smelled really bad. We had to move the rug in the living out to the balcony. We couldnt even let our kids in the pool, the water was very nasty and just looked very unsanitary. The maintenance guy told me that He would look into however there wasnt a follow nor a change in the pool cleanliness. The mattress on the fold out couch was a 2 inch foam cushion that wasnt comfortalbe at all. The trash cans in the breeze ways were over ran daily and the elivators stunk so bad that my 7 yr old was gagging from the smell not to mention that the trash drop was constantly full with trash stacked around it.

I was intructed via phone conversations that this place was very nice and close to the beach. The walk was a hike and the hotel wasnt clean at all. This was the worse experience for my family I felt so bad for booking this hotel. In the past on the day to come home my kids would be begging to stay longer they couldnt wait to leave this time. The on-site staff was very rude and not happy at all. The office lady was very nice however the cleaning folks were very rude and not happy at all.

Condo was nice. However it smelled like pet pee really severe and the living room furniture was very old and couldnt set back on couch the boards killed your back!! No decorations what so ever. No view just look at the back of other building. The pool was wonderful though.

My husband absolutely loved the pool! It was a very nice place for me and my family. We will probably stay there every year from now on.

i just liked the way the hotel looks. but the service and management was terrible.

It was noisy at night and also had no telephone in room. Check in/out was not really convenient with office being off site.

The pool was the best part of this hotel.

It was advertised as beach front and it was not and it was not even near a beach access. The room had holes in the walls and the beds are not comfortable and in the kitchen there were 3 glasses 2 pans and thank goodness there was a Winn Dixie close so we could get paper plates.

Great location and very nice room. All a family could need and very well thought out.

The (not-so) hidden costs. I booked at the quoted rate of $477 for my complete visit. At check out, I paid nearly $800... almost double the quoted rate. A little more up-front honesty in the quoted rate is needed. Would I still have stayed at Cabana Cay if I knew the true final bill before completing the reservation? No. I was able to absorb the additional costs but this would be devastating to a young family on a tight budget.
